In 1993, the first Desert Diamond Casino was opened on Nogales Highway. Six years later, a smaller facility opened in Why, Arizona. The third Desert Diamond Casino near Sahuarita was opened in 2001. In 2007, the original casino on Nogales Highway was replaced with a new casino, hotel and convention center complex. Our newest property, Desert Diamond Casino – West Valley opened in late 2015 and has quickly become one of the Phoenix metropolitan area’s hottest spots.

Hiring is underway for the highly anticipated opening of the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley near Glendale, Arizona, on February 19, 2020. Special hiring events for Food & Beverage positions are scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 4 and Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley Administrative Offices at 9431 W. Northern Ave., Glendale.

Full-time and part-time Food and Beverage positions are available, including Assistant Sous Chef, Bartender, Barista, Server, Cashier, Prep Cook, and Kitchen Steward, among many others. Desert Diamond Casino In Glendale

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is operated by the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise, an enterprise of the Tohono O’odham Nation. The interim casino in Glendale currently employs more than 600 people, and the full-scale facility will become one of the West Valley’s largest employers. When it opens on February 19, 2020, the new casino will feature slots, poker, blackjack, and live bingo, as well as five new dining venues and other amenities.
